| Kevin Dowell serves as the Senior Vice President of Media Sales for Insight Communications. He is a key player in the cable sales industry. Kevin has a strong Ad Sales background. After graduating with a B.S. in Broadcast Management from Arizona State University in 1984, Kevin started his career as an Account Executive at KESQ-TV in Palm Springs CA. He soon joined the cable industry as an Account Executive in Phoenix with Times Mirror Cable Television. He was promoted to General Sales Manager for Times Mirror's San Diego system and later became Regional Director for Southern California.
Kevin served as the Chairman of the AdLink Advisory Board for 2 years before he left Southern California in 1993 to become GSM of Jones Intercable's largest ad sales operation in Chicago. He was instrumental in working with 7 cable operators and National Cable Communications to form the nation's first single point fiber optic cable interconnect. Kevin served as chairman of the Chicago Interconnect Governing Board until AT&T consolidated Chicago in 1998. Kevin remained with AT&T as Director of Sales for the Interconnect until he joined Insight in 2001.
Kevin's hobbies include boating, golfing, and the Chicago Bears. He lives in Barrington IL with his wife Annette, and his three children.

| Lori has been in the cable industry for 12 years. Lori entered the business in 1990 with Colony Interconnects. Lori has held many positions throughout her career as: Traffic/Billing Manager, Operations Manager and Director of Business Operations.
Lori has been instrumental in maintaining the operations for numerous markets in the state of Indiana including cities such as: Lafayette, Kokomo, Anderson, Richmond, Columbus and Bloomington. Currently, Lori is a key player for the operations aspect of the department. She currently handles all of the financial aspects for Insight Media covering three states, Ohio, Indiana and Illinois.
Lori resides in Anderson, Indiana with her husband, Jim, and her children, Arin and James.

| Kristi Dutler, Promotions Manager for Insight Media, has nearly 20 years of experience in advertising and media sales. Prior to joining Insight, Dutler served as a media assistant at Leo Burnett USA before moving over to broadcast where she spent nine years serving in various positions in a major Chicago radio station's ad sales department.
Since joining the cable industry in 1996, Kristi Dutler worked through several organizational consolidations including Media One, TCI, AT&T and Comcast. As Promotions Supervisor at Comcast she was able to significantly increase business by utilizing promotions to enhance advertisers' presence in the marketplace through promotional opportunities.
Joining the Insight Media ad sales team in September '03, Dutler is using her experience, partner relationships and dedication to build a solid base for future growth in the advertising industry. She has been a key player in developing promotions in the cable industry and has been a valuable liaison to the networks in communicating the needs of local advertisers.
Dutler resides in the northwest suburbs of Chicago and has two grown children, a daughter and a son.

| Anna Fenkanyn, Director Human Resources for Insight Media. She graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in Business and has a led a long standing career in the Cable Industry, which began with Continental Cablevision, acquired by MediaOne, to AT&T Broadband.
At Insight Media, Anna is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources in the three contiguous states, Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio.
